my newborn baby is getting tiny pimples all over his body may I know the reason and treatment

giving adequate feeding To maintain proper hydration
Giving daily oil massage to the baby followed by warm water bath On regular basis for at least 1st 2 years
Avoid using more of moisturizer and powder
check if these are related to any allergy to some food item or new skin products
