Q.
my nephew is 2 year and 3 month old. he talks continuously without break and no coherence, seems like busy in his own world .. rarely follow instructions. He keep repeating his sentences like bat kara do, bat kara do many times. and usually avoid eye contact when someone tries to talk to him or trying to making him understand something. Is there any problem or it will be ok with time.
