my nephew has 3 years completed in September but he is so weak as well as he was on his birth time. he looks like one year. there is no improvement in his health. what should be do.

A. hi first , please let me know your child current weight . if it is between 13 to 15 kg ,if child is active ,no need to worry about his physical appearance. but if weight is low then you need to check Health issues like worm Infection , stomach upset , nutritional deficiencies etc
