Q.
My mother in law gives 1 spoon of water to my baby girl from 1st month itself and she is 3 months old now. I always said it is not safe for her. Her kidneys are not developed well now but ahe reduse always and give her water. Is it safe or not doctor

Mother's milk is a complete food for the baby that is why it is always recommended to exclusively breastfeed the baby till first six months post birth.
The initial portion contains the watery foremilk that takes care of hydration and the later portion that is the hind milk takes care of nutrition and is rich in fats.
So there is no requirement of giving any kind of juice or water to the baby
