my milk supply weekly alternates, it decreases completely for two days don't know what to do to have a proper flow. As baby is growing he is 16th week currently he requires proper milk. pls help me with this. #AskTheExpert #Mamypokomy

more you nurse milk will increase.
take lactation supplement as lactare
it is exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months
