my mahi is 5 years old now and I want to confirm questions related to Hight along with sharp memory- how to increase??

Samidha MathurMom of 2 children4 years agoA. the only good and effective way to increase the height in children is to make them physical active. the more they play the more they stay energetic it will help them to increase height at this age. secondly, memory power will increase gradually. make her sit for the studies at a particular routine time and being a parent you also support your child to make the topics understand and help her as and when needed. practice makes a man perfect is only the key to increase the memory power in children.
