Dear mom there js no one particular food which will help . it is combination of all food groups hence it is important to have a balanced diet which includes all the food groups like whole grain ,dals and pulses, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts and oil seeds, ghee etc.
avoid processed and packaged foods
give small and frequent meals
make meal time fun.

Foods plays a vital role in development of brain, but along with it, you need to engage the child in activities involving logical, reasoning and gross motor skills. Include fresh, home cooked meals and avoid sugar, fried and packaged ones. Give variety of seasonal fruits, nuts, edible seeds, dry fruits, coconut water, curd, buttermilk, green leafy vegetables, etc.
