my little one was 46days baby he is suffering from cold so saline nasal drops were using after using drops yellow color liquid was coming from the right ear.is it normal ?

Nasal drops are for mucus,cold breathing issues only use Paeditrician prescribed medication.
Consult Paeditrician or ENT specialist regarding ear discharge and show the nasal drops and the procedure you have used to give.
