my left side breast is very tight from morning and I m feeding continuosly with the same breast but the lumps remain same and also it is painino while latching what should I do now please suggest any remedies pls??

A. before nursing ...compresses, take warm shower or bath, Apply warm compresses to the swollen area 3-4 times a day for 10-15 minutes. and do breast massage. get it examine by your gynecologist once.
