My last LMP is 7th Nov 2021. Till today I am not getting positive result through pregnancy test Prega News. please assist when should I check as my cycle is for 30-35 days

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
