Q.

my kids r fussy eaters 1 is 1.3 years old and other 4 year old both r lean but active kids .. but sometimes the health n height are things m taunted for . what should I do for their proper growth and diet ?

A. In This case for both of your kids if they are active but they are underweight or undernourished as per you then you should take a guidance from a nutritionist because they can tell you the right kind of food that you should give to the child on regular basis and what all should be included she’ll can guide you and assist you properly on that
