Q.
My kid is having small skin peel kind of infection in ankle, not sure it came due to anklet wearing. it is not new anklet, older one only . any help to improve and heal. applied coconut oil but still, sometime kid is having itchy feeling and trying to put hand on this wound.

do clean daily it with dettole antiseptic liquide,
apply betadine ointment 3 tines a day at this wound.
in couole of days it will cure.
