give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed more frequently for adequate production and give sunbath every morning.
start Vite and multivitamin regularly .

yes u can..
But if after wearing anklets there are skin rashes then do not put.
Otherwise there is no problem in making baby wear anklets.
