my kid is 3 yr 10 month old and suffering from red eyes since yesterday, what would be reason and remedy for this

A. Right now viral infection is spreading a lot conjunctivitis is spreading a lot so I would just advise you that you should clean the eyes regularly with warm water at least 4 to 5 times in the day and please get it checked with your doctor also
