Q.
my kid is 3.5 year old. he says few meaningful single words but not a regular conversation. can say alphabets, colours, animals. he has speech delay which is evident. when can I expect clear conversation. due to pandemic we are not going out. sometimes he gets excited laughing uncontrollable that just for few minutes.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. all's ok.try.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .See with babies not every thing will go as per rules.each baby has her own speed to learn and that's ok

As the corona situation is bit settled now, it is better to consult with your doctor for the same as he will guide you better in this situation after the proper evaluation of the baby. Take care
