Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 1 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good morning !! Saying alphabets,sounds,ads ,songs is not speech.
Check if baby identifying things with names,calling with relations ,asking needs,responding to commands,responding to her name,giving eye contact or not.
All doing good no issues . If no response to commands ,asking needs by showing or sign language ,not recognising things with names ,cranky ,banging head then need assessment with developmental paediatrician or speech therapist.
