Q.
My kid is 3.3 years old. She is getting frequent cold every week for 1-2 days.. once I giv her medicine it subsides but again it comes back after 7-10 days. this is happening since last two months.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. because of change in weather and ggCold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

This is due to low immunity that the baby is catching infection frequently.
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups to boost immunity.
Spinach broccoli garlic ginger watermelon orange lemon kiwi pineapple green gram etc are some of the immunity boosting food.
Include these in ur baby diet
