my item pick it up 23rd April refund fail 24th April due to technical issue will take 10 to 15 working days accepted date Wednesday 8 may but my refund not received in my account

You’ll have to check with the Dept associated with this don’t be able to help you with it so I’m going to recommend it to kindly get in touch with that as whatever things you’re looking for they are only going to give you appropriate help because they are associated with these kind of queries only
