Q.

My husband 43 years old was hypertensive and was on Telma40 and Nebivolol 2.5 mg since last 6 months. Today while he was sleeping he mumbled something. I asked him if he has taken his BP medicines. He told No, then Yes. So I checked his BP. It was 80/60 mm Hg. I confirmed SBP was 80 mmHg by palpatory method. Then I prepared sugar salt solution and gave him to drink. After 10-15 mins his BP was 120/80 mm Hg. Kindly comment what to do? Doctors here, please advise

A. dear mum. you need to keep a watch on bp regularly before after taking medicine, for more, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
