#AskTheExpert hi i am hypertensive after 5 months of delivary which i got in pregnancy.is der any solution for this?

Hi I think medicines can help you to a great extent but that’s just a temporary solution you should start meditation and all these things they will help you feel better because of hypertension is not a good sign it could lead to other issues also see you love to go for a proper course of checkup and medication with your doctor
