Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. it is quite common for loss of hair after delivery Most of the time there will be loss of hair after delivery because of hormonal imbalance which may continue for one year also you have to take that rich in protein all types of fruits and vegetables for source of vitamins and minerals

add proteins to your diet, leafy vegetables, keep your self well hydrated..
you can try mama earth anti hair fall kit as onion oil shampoo and conditioner and mask..
