my hair became very dry ,life less with lot of split ends and I have lot of hairfall . this started after 4th month of delivery. Can I get some tips to reduce this.

A. You can try this it worked well. Apply coconut oil boiled with curry leaves. Add curry leaves in ur diet. Soak methi seed n grind it u can use even curry leaves. Grind together n apply to ur head n after 1/2 hours take shower. Continue weekly
