As hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. Use keratone hair oil mix with coconut oil and apply twice daily

Hi mommy Wash hairs often with chemical free shampoo apply onion paste twice a week to make hairs smooth and to reduce hair fall and parabean free shampoo apply coconut oil or olive oil and also apply onion paste regularly to reduce hair fall Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
