My grannie will be visiting to see my 10 days old baby girl. She was diagnosed with Typhoid 4 days ago. Initially she had fever but now her fever is down. Is it safe to let her hold my baby or let her do massage ?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. there is no problem in that and typhoid doesn't spread by touch so kindly do not worry and the relative can definitely hold the child without any problem. . .

Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually please avoid for few more days as you know the fact what happened so at least for the initial of 10 days it is better to avoid knowingly why do you want to take the risk just try to avoid
