my girl is 3 yr 6 month old, I'm following tamilnadu government vaccines in government hospital. 10 days before my elder son got mumps in jaw ( swollen jaws) so i visited doctor, he gave medicines then asked for daughter it may spread so any vaccine need a nu because I'm following government vaccines nu. he suggested to put MR vaccine. but if I chk already in 9 month and 24 month I put mr 1 and mr 2 vaccines. is it required to put in private hospital? pls suggest

No no there is absolutely no need if your child is taking proper vaccinations from the government site it’s just enough there is no need to get any other vaccination done for your child because they are eventually going to cover up all the important vaccinations which are mandatory to be given to the child
