What are the differences between government and private vaccines for babys in tamilnadu

A. All the vaccination should be given according to the vaccination schedule whether the government or IAP schedule and you can discuss with your pediatrician regarding the details of the vaccination. Pulse polio immunization programme is provided by the government to all children below 5 years of age. if your child hajs received polio vaccine before as per the schedule then also you should give this vaccine on the the pulse poliho day as this is an additional vaccine. For polio vaccine dates and related query you need to contact your local authorities .

A. Quality of vaccines available in the government set-up is as good as the privately purchased vaccine. Only thing is that you get selected vaccines in government schedule. For a complete vaccination with advanced vaccines, private hospitals are still best options
