my girl baby is 3 year old...she is 10kg..she is eating normaly what we eat..plz suggest me to help her to gain weight

The child is currently 4 KG underweight and I believe that’s a big matter of concern so you should consult a paediatrician ones to understand where is the problem why the weight gain is not happening and what is meant to be done further ahead so that your child gains appropriate and healthy growth and weight gain over the period
