A. To help baby gain weight, include fatty and protein rich foods in the diet like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, milkshakes with dry fruits, paneer, cereals, ghee, legumes, rice water, banana, avocado and 550 to 600 ml milk. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. Keep the baby well hydrated with variety of fluids like water, buttermilk, coconut water and fresh juices.
