Q.
My girl baby 11 months old. from yesterday she suffering from fever like 100 degree F and we treated her Mefthal spas syrup twice a day but again today evening she feeling fever and today indeed apple and rice. and her potty like dark green. why this all please suggest me.

its good to give paracetamol syp instead of meftal to your baby if temp is 100 F.
it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
