my girl 2 yr 7 months is only 9 kgs . how can I increase her weight to avoid underweight

A. Hello mom as far as the child is active for her age and is eating well their is no issue . But you may by now make sure the child get used to usual foods made at home for the family . Now eggs , milk , panner , ghee , milk , rice roti , variety of dals , legumes like chana , rajma etc , sago, fruits and vegetables can be given
