my gand daughter is two years and two months old. aweek ago her voiced changed. Now she is suffering fever. no cold and cough what is the cause for changing voice with out cold and cough. suggest medicatiin. please

A. at present give paracetamol to the baby hifor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
