My elder son complete 3years this December 31st he is not talking small small wards also any suggestions sir

Get it checked with the speech therapist once you have a clarity on the situation that if there is a problem or any therapy is required or everything is good you need to converse more whatever the situation Er within the doctor would be able to give you clarity on that
