usually within a gap of 3-6 months after shedding of milk teeth, permanent teeth erupts..
consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical and radiographic examination of the unerupted permanent teeth

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter
please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet
please give daily sun light exposure
