My doctor has suggested Janclav cv 228.5 dry syrup antibiotic for my son who is 3.5 months and 5.5 kg and suffering from cough. I am not getting anything about the above medicine on google.. side effects etc. Can you tell something?

for cough give steam inhalation
apply warm mustard oil on baby chest back feet and gently massage at bed time
you can use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub
