Q.

my delivery was c section.now it's 5 th month is going.can I do normal exercise to reduce my belly?

A. wait one more month ok then we xan jump on yo any exercises ok. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. I would recommend you to try to wait for another one or two months after that you can start doing yoga in the morning if your comfortable you can gradually try to increase the exercise
