NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello you can now slowly start with simple exercise and walking and then as you feel comfortable you can then plan accordingly and make sure not to over do or strain yourself and Plan it accordingly as per your comfort which then should be safe and absolutely nothing to worry about and not a problem
