Q.

my delivery date was 31st March now m breastfeeding the baby can I eat curd and lemon?

A. yes, but in moderate amount. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dried fruits, fresh fruits band vegetables,like methi, carrot,garlic, Bottle Gourds, Whole Grains Sprouted spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.

A. hello... i drink hot water must nd should? don't drink normal water? could u plz ans.... nd how to decrease brust size... !

A. hello yu can have curds which is totally safe and it is not a problem and is infact good only but have curds WHICH is fresh and not sour ir cold.. lt is better to avoid lemon qs it is sour can cause spitting in babies so better to avoid in your diet
