A. dear parent, for your 12 years old daughter, give protein rich diet. you should include eggs in your child's daily diet. you can give non veg foods like meat, fish, chicken. add dry fruits and nuts to your child's diet. milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to your daughter's diet
