In 19 months, there are variety of nutritious, home cooked foods that can be included in baby's diet like chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, seasonal fruits, veg sandwich, pan cake, waffle, boiled egg, omelette, veg cutlet, chicken and fish curry with rice, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, dalia and 550-650 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
