In this query chances of infection or allergy it is very difficult to comment because proper assessment is required which is possible only with clinical interaction so it will be better to visit your doctor /pediatrician for proper guidance regarding this. The treating doctor will advise you the proper suggestion regarding this query as well as prescribe appropritate treatment as per the requirement.
