my daughter Was since 2days vomiting 🤮 and motion as like water type and any eating suddenly vomit it

A. the baby is 1 year 4 months of age if the baby is having both vomitings and loose motions it is gastroenteritis baby is having give zinconia syrup 50ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina and ORS
