Q.

my daughter tooth is decaying.. pfa.. please suggest how to cure and what precautions to take.. is there any chances of permanent tooth also getting decayed?

A. there is nothing that you can do at home to cure this. please visit a dentist preferably a pedodontist and get them treated. make sure your brush your child's teeth twice daily using a grain size of kids age appropriate toothpaste like colgate kids cheerio or kidodent
