Q.

My Daughter suffering from sore throat with cold and cough. giving Nebulizer (Budecort + dulin) and plan steam. some relief from cold but throat is still same condition.

A. Hello, your baby girl is 1 month old and she is having a throat infection so give her syrup zifrax 50 mg two times a day and give indirect steam inhalation

A. It is important to meet the doctor for examination because relevant history has to be evaluated along with proper medical check up. Meet the doctor for complete examination If needed the doctor will go for investigations try to prevent temperature variations around child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot environment. Keep the child well covered. If the palms and soles of the child are cold to touch then the child is feeling cold and you have to take preventive measures to make the child warm. you can go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger Honey (Add honey if child is more than 1 year of age) combination which can be diluted with water and given frequently to the child. also u can give turmeriic with warm milk one or two times everyday. give warm water to drink as well as nasal saline drops frequently.
