my daughter stools appear red in colour. yesterday I gave her tamato and carrot soup. is it ok or need to consult pediatrician

Okay so what you do now is there for 24 hours don’t give anything which is of the same colour and if the poop colour becomes normal then it is probably due to the carrot and tomato that you have given but still the child is passing red coloured motion then you should consult your doctor
