Q.

My daughter's weight is 12.9 and ideal weight as per WHO should be between 13.2 to 22kg. She is active. What can I do to increase her weight couple of kg in next few months?

A. It should be around 16 kg approximately for a four year old child so you can increase the intake of protein along with the food that you’re giving to the child that’s going to be quite helpful and that’s going to be good for increasing the weight of the child as well
