My daughter is four years old her weight is 11.45 kg as per her age she should be between 12 to 14kg I am very much worried about her health but she's is very active, she's only eats very selected things in food. what should I do to increase her weight and is there any medicine or tonic which will help to increase her appetite?

A. Hello mom A little variations in case of weight gain is acceptable as far as your child is active for age and eating well enough as that is much more important as every individual has his or her own metabolism and that should never be compared to any other individual.
