For healthy weight gain you should give variety of food groups to your child
Grains and millets
pulses legumes /egg and non-veg
Nuts
seasonal vegetables fruits
Add ghee to meals
Give five meals in a day this includes to healthy snacks
At least one Katori or more every time
Continue breastfeeding till two years
