Q.
My daughter s 2y 2month age, i stopped breastfeeding after 2 years, now she s having difficulty in initiating sleep, means she sleeps at 1 am and again wake up at 4 30 and sleeps at 7am,its usually time when she use to wake up for feeding, its been the same routine sinc 2 months, sir how long will it take to normalise?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom try to talk to The child about it , and also you may start with animal milk as well such as cows milk which is quite similar to mothers milk and that can be a good replacement, you can try to give it bed time
