My daughter Kushi is 4.4 yrs legs has rashes from past one week its increasing day by day we are applying moisturizer daily and coconut oil as well. what do we have to do for this???

A. You forgot yo post the picture do kindly post the picture as it will be easy yo u d’état and and apply atogla cream on the rashes avoid itching or scratching the skin
