ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months.. so wait and keep checking for the signs of teething such as swollen and hardened gums

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mom its too esrly to be worry about teething can happen anywhere between 8 months to 16 months there is nothing to worry about at all Till the age of three years your baby will get all his teeth that means 20 teeth u just take care of the hygiene and keep baby hydrated and start giving calcium to the baby
